William Luff, arguably amongst the greatest British violin makers, died on 30th November
1993. He bequeathed his workshop to Ealing Strings, and since 30th
November 1994, it has been exhibited at Ealing Strings, in tribute to the man
and in memory of the inspiration and encouragement he gave to makers and players
alike. |
