the Ealing Strings collection. This Violin, sold by Fridolin Hamma in
1951 and accompanied by documentation and early photography that is of historical
interest in its own right, is currently on loan from Ealing Strings to an outstanding
young British soloist. |
Amongst instruments in stock for the discerning soloist are fine examples of Del
Gesu, Peter Guarneri, Domenico Montegnana, J. B. Guadagnini, Giovani Pressenda,
Niccolo Gagliano, J. B. Vuillaume, Carlo Giuseppe Testore, David Tecchler,
Annible Fagnola... Photograph left is of a fine violin by J. F. Pressenda, Turin 1848 |
